The Power Of Our Spoken Word in the Temple Garden

“The Power of Our Spoken Word In the Temple Garden”

Learning how to change my thinking, I took a lot of classes, I read lots of books, and without realizing at times my spoken word was negative. Saying to yourself your doing the best you can, requires loving support and kindness, also compassion by surrounding yourself with positive people. Feeling safe when you’re moving away from your old beliefs it’s scary to believe an affirmation can change your life. I grasped what I could learn about Spirituality, but practiced daily with my own faith and teaching engaged Buddhism truly understanding the connection of body, mind, and spirit along with forgiveness.

If we bury our feelings, experiences at some point they will come out, usually sadly when you least expect it. When I was diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer, I put a wall around myself and lost touch with my inner feelings, thank goodness I had the tools to work with this disease, Chinese medicine and my Doctors were there on a small scale encouraging me to go deeper, of old garbage, from my inner child from childhood was in pain.

I studied alternative ways to treat the Cancer, I truly believed I could heal, along with the support of my partner at that time, who prepared healthy nutritious meals, laughter, and joy. Whilst in your Temple garden take the time to explore your ancestors, accept responsibility for your own path, and forgive. Your garden will bring you healing with the herbs you grow.

A lotus love & Blessing
