My thoughts are at peace, is a daily practice of finding the right place to sit quietly and allow your mind to empty. When our thoughts are peaceful, a miraculous feeling of mindfulness appears, you start to look deeper at the flower and see the beauty reflecting back. To quieten the mind is the act of meditation, which means to simply relax in that moment and rejuvenate your heart.
Our thinking slows down when we practice conscious breath, in that moment we can give ourselves a rest and visualise peace surrounding us. Mindful breathing helps us to be calm, most of the time we are overthinking, worrying, and allowing the mind to go off track and sometimes chaotic and difficult changes and surroundings.
If you are living with sorrows of the present or the past, worries of the future, or despair of losing a loved one in spirit. When your thoughts are at peace, without knowing it we start to become in touch with life again, this feeling alone is wonderful as we start to be present in the moment. Over time when we put into practice mindfulness of our thinking, when the doubts and the chatter start, we have the strength, stamina, and belief to carry on and not give up. Trust you can overcome this.
If you are a caregiver and are struggling looking after somebody full-time. You can ask some somebody to support you in having a 30-minute break to sit by a tree and when the overthinking comes in, look at the tree and imagine it breathing for you in that moment, watch the branches sway in the wind, and continue to stand afterwards.
When we breathe “In” and “Out” we stop thinking, these are words that help us to consciously breathe therefore there is no thinking when we focus our thoughts this way to overcome any agitation and bring ourselves back to peaceful living. Be gentle with yourself and if it helps write down your thoughts and let them go just in that moment to bring yourself back to awareness of peace in every breath.
After a few minutes of breathing “In” and “Out” we start to feel refreshed, clearer in the mind, and connected to our physical body and spirit. once we have recovered ourselves, we can start to build a peaceful environment, when we live in the the present moment, everything around us starts to look beautiful again. The future is not here yet, the past has gone, if we do not allow ourselves to come back into the present moment, our sense of touch with life disappears. This can be avoided with your thoughts being at peace, even in the worst situation you can breathe love and light into the present moment.
A lotus love and blessing
