Forgiveness and harmony work arm in arm, a peaceful resolution to many things that are current in this world, a place we all wish to create and grow for the future of our planet earth. If every human being walked up to a stranger and said ” Forgiveness and harmony” bowed their head and stepped peacefully along their chosen path, how a simple few words could change our community and world, even amongst family if we do not engage with each other sometimes it is too late.
What does it really feel like to forgive? we are all different? we all seek our own inner harmony? our minds have the capacity to store memories not only of our own but that of our ancestors passed through our DNA. If we truly want to find a place of forgiveness, first we must look deep within. Seeing places where cracks have appeared, or suffering, pain, and heartache. Repairing what we believe to be severed and non-existence and relinquishing the need to be right, to be heard, to be forgiven. Every small step you make to acknowledge the upset, take the time first to see if this truly is a big deal? not in the sense of the action, but in the sense of allowing it to take over your life, seeing it as it is and for what it is and then releasing it back out into the Universe.
So many of us know what harmony feels like, to wake up and walk along a beach, with the sun shining brightly above us, listening to the ocean waves, and laughter in the background as people interact with each other. The first step to releasing the pain and bringing yourself back into happiness is to relax your breathing and take a moment to just stop and breathe out, instead of allowing your anxiety to take over your thoughts, bring your awareness back to your breath. Walking and playing with a dog on exercise is a great way to remove any distractions, by having fun and laughing you not only will feel physically stronger, but the air that you are breathing will be clearer and the slower you breathe in, the more fresh oxygen you inhale, assisting the body to naturally process different energetic flows in and around the body on a daily basis.
