Starting Anew means begging a new start. As a practitioner, you will reflect on the state of your relationship with others. By doing this regularly you resolve misunderstandings, jealousy, anger, and suffering to reestablish happiness and communication. You can begin Anew with your family, friends, Brothers, and Sisters at the monastery or healing practice along with loved ones.
Beginning Anew is away to practice, to be sincere to change the situation, as well as practicing starting Anew with your sangha. You should practice everyday with yourself by means of mindful walking and breathing to renew yourself if there is a problem between your family, friends, and sangha. When you can seek out an opportunity to reconcile and meet with the other parties. You can then learn to be stable and practice loving speech and deep listening in order to succeed with Starting Anew.
All you need to do is just listen with compassion for forgiveness after you have listened to the person, join both palms to thank each other. Starting Anew can be completed with one person, two people, or by writing a letter. If that person is non-physical and in heaven or you have no relationship with them anymore, write down what you would like to say after you have written it throw it away, or burn it, this helps you start Anew and let go.
